Despite some negative comments, most guests have given it a 4-star rating for its lovely appearance and fantastic facilities. The pool areas are especially noteworthy with many guests enjoying starting their evenings off there. However, not everyone was happy with the lack of parking and some suggested that the hotel is overrated. Yet, most guests were content with their stay and spoke highly of the hotel's cleanliness, food and general atmosphere. One issue raised was the lack of bathroom products, which some felt were missing from a 4-star hotel. Nevertheless with its centralized location and international appeal, THB Naeco is highly recommended.
