Many suggest that the hotel does not live up to the expectations of a four-star rating, often comparing it to a three-star experience at best. Hotel Minerva offers a mixed experience for guests seeking a four-star stay in Arezzo. Positively noted are the spacious rooms, the modernity of the structure, and its convenient semi-central location with easy access to the city's attractions. The hotel stands out for its high rating in service and comfort, supported by attentive staff dedicated to providing quality experiences and maintaining cleanliness. Guests appreciate the very good value for money, making it an attractive choice for short, efficient stays.
However, several aspects indicate the need for updates to fully embody the four-star status. The rooms and bathrooms could benefit from a refresh, as some are described as cramped or overlooking less desirable areas. Lack of certain accessories typically expected from four-star hotels, such as electric kettles, notepads, and slippers, detracts from the overall impression of luxury. Issues such as poor air conditioning control and insufficiently varied breakfast offerings are also mentioned. While Hotel Minerva is praised for aspects like price and staff professionalism, it occasionally falls short in meeting the higher expectations typically associated with four-star establishments.
