R INN de TIJUANA enjoys favorable reviews thanks to its prime location, outstanding breakfast and overall cleanliness. Nestled in the heart of Tijuana, it offers easy access to key city attractions such as Estadio Caliente and various dining establishments, making it a convenient and secure base for exploring the city. The hotel's excellent service in the restaurant and attentive waitstaff are frequently commended, enhancing the dining experience, especially during breakfast which is highly praised for its variety and quality.
Cleanliness is another strong point with many guests noting the tidy and comfortable rooms. Facilities such as the minibar, refrigerator, microwave and safe add to the convenience and while the beds receive mixed feedback with some finding them very comfortable and others too hard, the rooms are generally seen as spacious and cozy.
However, the hotel faces some criticisms, particularly related to maintenance, occasional noise disturbances and the quality of customer service at the front desk. Some guests experienced issues with room cleanliness after extending their stay and there are sporadic reports of unpleasant odors and stained linens. The WiFi service is another area of concern with numerous complaints about its unreliability and weak signal.
Despite these shortcomings, R INN de TIJUANA's cleanliness, central location and excellent breakfast offerings generally ensure a pleasant stay. Improvements in addressing maintenance issues, consistency in staff behavior and enhancing the reliability of the internet service could significantly elevate the overall guest experience.
