Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Amberia emerges as an exceptional destination for visitors yearning for a serene and nature-infused retreat. Its tranquil and scenic location, nestled close to the beach, offers easy access for beach enthusiasts while remaining conveniently proximate to essential amenities and attractions such as the charming town center and the bustling Baltic seaside resort of Kolberg. The hotel's quiet neighborhood, away from the main road, ensures peace and tranquility, complemented by beautiful views of fields and forests from the rooms, adding to the natural and relaxing ambiance.
The hotel's clean and modern design enhances the guest experience with numerous positive remarks on its comfortable environment. As a family-run establishment, Amberia is celebrated for its friendly service and exceptional breakfast spread. Guests are consistently impressed by the variety, quality and freshness of the breakfast offerings, which include a broad selection of savory and sweet options, ensuring something delightful for every palate.
Dinner at Amberia also receives high marks for quality and deliciousness, despite some guests finding the dinner hours inconveniently early and the fixed menu limiting. The freshly prepared meals often feature regional specialties and homemade desserts, making the overall dining experience highly recommended.
Rooms at Amberia are praised for their modern furnishings, spaciousness and cleanliness. Guests appreciate the well-equipped, cozy atmosphere with amenities such as refrigerators, hairdryers and large, sunny balconies that provide a pleasant view. While the comfort of the beds receives mixed reviews, the overall quality and cleanliness of the rooms contribute positively to the stay.
The hotel's high standard of cleanliness extends to all areas with guests noting the spotless condition of rooms and common spaces alike. The staff's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment, paired with their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, creates an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for all visitors.
Though the Wi-Fi service may leave some room for improvement with many guests reporting weak or sporadic connections, the wellness facilities more than make up for this shortcoming. Amberia's wellness area features both indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and a steam room, providing a variety of relaxation options. Despite occasional mentions of the outdoor pool being small or crowded, the overall sentiment remains positive with the wellness area being a significant highlight.
Amberia also offers convenient parking options, even though some guests feel the parking fee should be included in the room rate. The parking lot can become crowded during peak times, but the staff's responsiveness in managing the situation is well-appreciated.
In summary, Amberia excels in delivering a harmonious blend of seclusion and accessibility, characterized by friendly service, excellent breakfast and dining options and high standards of cleanliness and modern comfort. Its wellness offerings further elevate the guest experience, making it an ideal choice for families and solo travelers alike seeking a tranquil and enjoyable holiday.
