Guests enjoyed their stay and rated it as very good, superb and exceptional. The Hathaway Suite is highly recommended by guests. Although the facilities and services are practically perfect, some guests would like to have food facilities. However, this did not affect their experience negatively. The only downside reported was that the wood provided for the fireplace was too big. Overall, guests highly recommend this hotel with a 10/10 rating.
