Guests frequently commend the spacious and clean chalets, which are well-distributed and equipped, making stays comfortable and inviting. The wellness area with its modern amenities and ambiance, including a sauna and pool, adds considerable appeal. Despite minor issues such as noise, inadequate darkness in sleeping rooms and some mattress concerns, the overall accommodation experience remains highly positive with helpful staff always ready to address any issues.
The resort's cleanliness stands out with spotless and stylish apartments that are well-insulated to ensure comfort and privacy. Though some minor cleanliness issues like dust and dog hair were mentioned, they were largely overshadowed by the pristine environment and excellent service from the friendly staff.
Visitors frequently praise the exceptionally welcoming and helpful personnel, especially the reception team. Even though language barriers occasionally posed challenges, the staff’s commitment to service significantly enhanced the guest experience.
Wi-Fi availability received mixed reviews with guests noting both excellent and adequate connections, albeit sometimes unstable. Similarly, the indoor pool and sauna are highly favored for their cleanliness, modern facilities and scenic views, though occasional functional issues were noted.
The ample and free parking facilities enhance convenience, though peak times can result in overcrowded spaces. Positioned just across from the ski slopes and cable car, the resort's accessibility to the Kreischberg ski area is a boon for ski enthusiasts. The clean, well-equipped accommodations and excellent wellness facilities reinforce the overall satisfaction among visitors.
Additionally, the resort stands out for being dog-friendly, accommodating pets with thoughtful amenities that ensure a comfortable stay for both pets and their owners.
