Nestled in a tranquil green area, guests appreciate the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and other amenities, along with stunning views of the picturesque seafront and charming cityscape. The modern, clean rooms further enhance the experience, offering a peaceful retreat while providing easy access to the main hotel facilities like pools and a gym.
The breakfast receives positive feedback for its quality and variety with guests delighting in options like plant-based milks, fresh fruits and pastries, especially enjoyed on the outdoor terrace with sea views. Despite some criticisms about variety and replenishment, many still find the breakfast to be a superb start to the day.
Dinner experiences are more mixed; while the variety and quality of some dishes like calamari and grilled fish are appreciated, consistency issues and the limited vegetarian options detract from the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, the sea view during meals adds an enjoyable ambiance.
The rooms are highly rated for their spaciousness and modern design, featuring comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Guests value the cleanliness, although occasional issues with room upkeep and maintenance are noted. The overall stylish and newly renovated rooms contribute positively to the guest stay.
Cleanliness in general receives a mixed review. While many guests praise the spotless, modern rooms and soundproof environment, others cite lapses in housekeeping standards, including infrequent cleaning and neglected areas like the pool and common spaces.
Staff at the hotel are generally well-regarded for their helpfulness and friendliness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Though occasional instances of slow or unkind service are mentioned, the positive interactions with staff members, particularly at reception, enhance the guest experience.
WiFi access is another area with mixed feedback. While free, the connectivity is often weak and inconsistent, impacting guests' ability to reliably access the internet.
The pool facilities attract praise for their beauty and pleasant environment, especially the outdoor pool. However, issues with cleanliness and maintenance of the indoor pool, accessibility concerns and added costs for amenities like sunbeds and umbrellas are noted.
The beach location is highly convenient with a clean bathing area and quick access to a saltwater pool. Nevertheless, some guests mention challenges such as navigating stairs and limited dining options at the beach.
Parking is a contentious issue with many guests finding the costs high and the logistics cumbersome. Limited spaces, tight spots and inconvenient locations add to the negative experience, suggesting travelers should prepare for additional fees and potential difficulties.
For families, the hotel is celebrated for its family-friendly setup with spacious rooms that cater effectively to large groups. However, there is room for improvement in offering more kid-friendly food options.
