The service provided, especially in the restaurant and pool areas, was exceptional. We were treated like royalty by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Even during check-in, Mira helped proactively resolve any issues that we had. The attention to detail was fantastic and every staff member we interacted with was engaging and helpful. Ngurah was a standout member of the team, as well as I Wayan Angga Wirawan, the fire assistant manager. The staff diversity was also a highlight as they were trained to ensure that every guest felt special. We appreciated the warm, attentive and accommodating staff, who showered us with positive vibes and even made us feel like part of their Bali family. All in all, we had excellent 5-star service and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great amenities and exceptional staff.
