Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
The ASTON Batam Hotel & Residence has consistently been described as a true four-star hotel, validating its rating with a range of facilities and services that meet guests' expectations. While guests appreciate the overall value provided by the hotel as being higher in comparison to other hotels of the same rating, certain areas like the spa and some room fittings need improvement. The spa lacks a proper counter or cashier, requiring guests to go to the lobby for card payments and the massage room uses curtains instead of proper doors, impacting the privacy. Additionally, some toiletries and fittings were noted to be out of place, suggesting that more attention to these details could help maintain the hotel's four-star standard. Despite these points, the hotel effectively stands by its four-star label with its available amenities and overall guest satisfaction.
