Hotel Casa De Patio has garnered a generally positive reception from guests, largely owed to its strategic yet tranquil location, excellent staff and commendable amenities such as the swimming pool and breakfast service.
Strategically nestled in a peaceful yet accessible area, the hotel provides a harmonious blend of serenity and convenience. It is centrally situated, allowing easy exploration of nearby attractions, markets and beaches. Guests commend its clean, charming property with scenic views of mountains and lush green forests, making it appealing for both a quiet retreat and a city escapade.
The breakfast experience at Hotel Casa De Patio often receives praise for its taste and quality, though there are suggestions to diversify the buffet options. Guests enjoy the complimentary breakfast and appreciate the friendly staff and clean environment. Despite a few criticisms about the limited menu and the inconvenience of ordering via WhatsApp, the overall dining experience is positively recognized with many describing the food as good and very tasty.
Rooms at the hotel are generally well-received for their modern amenities, cleanliness and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the new, well-appointed rooms that offer beautiful views and a quiet ambiance. While some mentioned the rooms being smaller than expected and occasional maintenance issues, such as improper cleaning and water intrusion during heavy rain, the overall feedback remains favorable, particularly highlighting the luxurious feel and scenic beauty.
The hotel's cleanliness reviews are mixed. While many guests praise the high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, including the neat arrangements and well-maintained bathrooms, there are notable criticisms. Issues such as dirty bed sheets, inadequately cleaned rooms and a sometimes dirty swimming pool are mentioned, suggesting areas for improvement.
The staff at Hotel Casa De Patio are a standout feature, frequently praised for their friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness. Specific employees receive individual mentions for their exceptional service, indicating a strong and dedicated team. Despite a few isolated comments about average service and communication issues, the general consensus is that the staff contribute positively to the guest experience, enhancing the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere.
The swimming pool also adds to the appeal, often described as clean, well-maintained and beautifully set against a backdrop of nature. Although there are occasional comments about the need for more frequent cleaning, the pool is generally a valued amenity for relaxation.
Beds at the hotel evoke mixed feelings. Some guests find them spacious and cozy with soft pillows, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, others criticize the beds for being too soft or low, discomforting senior citizens and causing sleep issues. Cleanliness concerns regarding bed linens are also noted.
In summary, Hotel Casa De Patio offers a largely satisfactory experience with its strategic and serene location, commendable staff and enjoyable amenities. However, some aspects, such as room cleanliness and bed quality, could benefit from improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
