Nestled in a serene, rural environment, U Kaśki stands out for its tranquil location near Zakopane, offering guests a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city streets. Guests frequently praise the location for its charm, augmented by friendly service and the presence of a delightful dog during their stay. The delicious and plentiful breakfast, featuring homemade items like pancakes and apple pie, is often highlighted as a great start to the day. The welcoming atmosphere during breakfast and the staff's friendliness further enhance the experience, contributing positively to the overall stay.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable accommodations, with rooms praised for their meticulous cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. Amenities such as showers, TVs, and occasionally balconies contribute to the comfort, despite some rooms being smaller and sparsely furnished. The convenient parking access, with a large lot available, adds ease for travelers exploring the area by car.
The exceptional cleanliness of the property, complemented by a delightful breakfast, creates a truly pleasant environment. Though there is a rare mention of a dusty shelf, the overall tidiness impresses guests, with spacious and cozy rooms contributing to a comfortable stay. Guests frequently commend the personable and approachable staff, particularly the owners, for their warm hospitality and efficient service, making communication smooth and ensuring a hassle-free experience.
While the beds receive mixed reviews, with several praising the comfortable mattresses and bedding, others point out issues like creaky frames and worn-out mattresses. Despite this variability, many guests enjoy restful nights and appreciate the overall tranquility and accessibility of the hotel.
