Guests appreciated the gas fireplace and mantle as a nice touch and loved the double-sided fireplace in some rooms, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a whirlpool tub in some. However, a few guests encountered issues with the fireplace not working or being too strange to add to the cozy atmosphere. Some minor concerns were pointed out such as carpet coming up and a loud air conditioning unit. Overall, though, guests found the location to be perfect and the staff to be friendly and helpful.
