The hotel is immaculate, although some isolated complaints mention issues such as dated carpets or chipped bathtubs. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although some guests found them unfriendly. The spa is a relaxing experience that's perfect for couples, families and business travelers looking for a high-end hotel.
