The Radisson Blu Boutique Hotel, Madrid Prado boasts a beautifully designed spa area that many guests have found to be a highlight of their stay. With its clean and easily accessible facilities, the spa offers excellent services including a Hammam, hot tub and steam room, providing a relaxing ambiance for those who choose to indulge. The massages available are often praised as top-notch with some guests noting them as the best they've ever experienced.
However, it's important to note that access to the spa is not included in the room rate and comes at a fairly hefty additional cost of 25 euros per hour per person. This fee has been described as excessive by several guests and was mentioned without prior notice, which occasionally led to disappointment. Some have also reported closures and maintenance issues that impacted their experience.
Despite these drawbacks, many visitors still enjoyed the spa facilities and cited them as a significant plus. Those who did spend the extra money found the quality of the massages and the overall atmosphere worth the price. However, the cold water temperature in certain areas and the lack of tea service were minor setbacks for some.
In summary, while the spa at Radisson Blu Boutique Hotel, Madrid Prado offers luxurious and relaxing treatments that can enhance a stay, the steeper fees and occasional maintenance closures can detract from the overall experience.
