Summary of reviews related to the 'Indoor Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Bloom Hotel offers an indoor pool experience that generates mixed feelings among its guests. The indoor pool, described as nice by several visitors, is available for use despite some operational challenges. Guests appreciate that the pool and hot tub areas are open, but the hot tub has frequently been out of service. The pool area itself is characterized as small and often crowded, leading to an overcrowded feeling at peak times.
Guests report the pool water temperatures to be quite cold and the facility sometimes lacks proper heating, contributing to a less enjoyable experience, particularly in the colder months. Cleanliness is another point of contention with several reviews noting the pool area as unclean or unsanitary and the water not always clear.
On a more positive note, the pool has its functional moments and serves as an adequate, albeit not exceptional, amenity for guests looking to take a dip. The location of the pool in the basement, however, has been pointed out as dreary and dark with insufficient lighting adding to the uninviting atmosphere.
Overall, while the indoor pool at Bloom Hotel has its merits, it falls short of expectations due to recurring issues with maintenance, cleanliness and temperature control.
