Hotel Fantasy offers an experience that has the potential to impress but leaves room for improvement. Guests note that, while the hotel suggests a high standard of service and amenities, there are aspects that fall short of a typical four-star expectation. One common criticism is the breakfast, which many feel does not meet the standards expected from such a hotel, describing it as poor and disappointing.
Additionally, the noise level is a notable concern, with loud music from the hotel’s own terrace and rooms located near the restaurant creating disturbances. Such factors detract from the overall tranquility expected from a four-star establishment. Some guests also mention that the staff could be more prompt, and the view from certain rooms—facing a wall—is not ideal.
Nevertheless, there are positive remarks which suggest that with certain improvements, Hotel Fantasy could fully live up to its potential and deliver a more consistent four-star experience. Despite the noted drawbacks, some guests still express high recommendations, indicating that the hotel has qualities that appeal strongly to certain visitors.
