With its amazing location and facilities, the Stourport Manor Hotel is a brilliant choice for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Breakfast
There were mixed reviews about the breakfast at the Stourport Manor Hotel with some guests enjoying the plentiful and delicious hot breakfast buffet, while others found it lacking in quality and organization. Some guests noted that the replenishment of breakfast items was slow and frustrating, while others found the vegan options to be lacking. Despite some negative experiences, many guests praised the breakfast for its variety, quality and friendly staff. Overall, the breakfast at Stourport Manor Hotel may be hit or miss depending on individual experiences.

Dinner
The food at Stourport Manor Hotel has received mixed reviews from guests. Some have raved about the excellent quality of the meals and described the evening meals as superb. However, others have found the restaurant to be expensive with one guest even stating that the £25 steak was a cheap cut of meat. Long waiting times have also been an issue for some with one guest having to wait two hours for their order, while others have complained about cold and undercooked food. Some guests also felt that there wasn't enough variety or choice on the menu. Despite the mixed feedback, guests appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant onsite and some even found the lovely restaurant meals to be a highlight of their stay. However, poor service during Christmas lunch and uncomfortable room temperature during meals were negative aspects. Parents may also want to take note of comments regarding the high price of evening meals for children.

Rooms
The rooms at Stourport Manor Hotel received mixed reviews from guests. Some praised the rooms, describing them as clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. They appreciated the large beds and good facilities, while some even enjoyed the quirky and cozy executive suites. However, other guests were disappointed with the state of their rooms, finding them dated, tired and in need of updating and decorating. They reported dirty bathrooms, stained carpets, moldy tiles and chipped or flaking paint. Some also noted uncomfortable beds, poor shower pressure, or noisy walls. Additionally, some guests found the location of their room inconvenient, such as being next to a noisy venue, up steep steps, or in an old tower. On the other hand, some guests enjoyed the hotel's beautiful grounds and friendly staff at reception. While the hotel may have some areas that need improvement, guests seemed to have varied experiences with the rooms and facilities provided.

Beds
Stourport Manor Hotel's beds have received mixed reviews from guests. Though some have described them as comfortable and large, others have complained that the beds are uncomfortable and even hideous. Some guests have also reported issues such as twin beds on casters that roll away from the wall even with a gentle push and not enough beds. However, several guests have praised the clean and modern rooms, along with good bedding and facilities and have had a good night's sleep on the comfortable beds. It seems that while the quality of the beds may vary, the overall experience at Stourport Manor Hotel is positive with its good room facilities and cleanliness.

Cleanliness
The reviews of the Stourport Manor Hotel are quite mixed when it comes to cleanliness. Many guests found the hotel to be clean and tidy with rooms that were comfortable, spacious and well furnished. However, several guests found the bathrooms to be grubby, unclean and in need of attention with moldy tiles, rusty showers and stained carpets. Some found cobwebs, dirty walls and dusty areas in their bedrooms, while others found litter, tobacco and even sick in the toilets. A few guests complained of poor cleaning with scuffed fixtures, stained carpets and urine left in their toilets. However, there were positive reviews regarding the swimming pool that needed cleaning and staff that were helpful and friendly. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel seems to be inconsistent with some guests finding it very clean and others finding it quite dirty.

Others note that some staff members were rude, miserable or unhelpful, while a few seemed confused or stressed. Reception staff receive both praise and negative comments with some guests noting the friendly check-in, while others find them abrupt or unprofessional. The restaurant staff, in particular, receive varied reviews with some guests finding them knowledgeable and friendly and others describing them as slow, disorganized and not knowledgeable about the menu. However, several guests note certain staff members who stood out positively with remarks especially reserved for Tina from the restaurant, as well as Richard and Matt from the reception. Overall, while the guests appreciate the hospitable nature and welcoming attitude of several staff members, there are mixed feelings and complaints about some rude, unhelpful and disorganized ones.

Spa
The Stourport Manor Hotel offers leisure facilities including a swimming pool and gym within its spa area. Despite some reviews mentioning a charge to use these facilities, many guests found the swimming pool to be a real bonus and reported that the changing rooms were clean. However, some did note that the spa area appeared tired and neglected and at least one guest found it quite dirty during their stay.

Unfortunately, a few guests reported that the pool and gym facilities were closed throughout their stay without explanation. Despite this, others were able to use the leisure centre and found it to be well-run and clean, including the pool and spa facilities. One guest mentioned an amazing and friendly pool staff member who was very helpful when their son fell poolside.

Overall, the Stourport Manor Hotel's spa facilities seem to provide a range of activities and amenities for guests to enjoy, although there were some inconsistencies and concerns about cleanliness.

Pool
The Stourport Manor Hotel offers a pleasant swimming experience for its guests. Although some reviewers were disappointed by a charge to use the pool and spa, others found the pool to be a bonus and a reason for choosing the hotel. Unfortunately, some guests reported that the pool and gym facilities were closed during their stay or that there were no available slots for swimming. Others enjoyed the pool and leisure facilities, including a nice leisure pool and Jacuzzi. Families with children appreciated the nice pool for kids to swim in and the outdoor pool on the extensive hotel grounds. While some reviewers noted a concern with smoking in their rooms, one positive experience was highlighted where the pool staff team was friendly and helpful when a child fell poolside. Despite some issues with pool availability, the hotel swimming pool was generally described as lovely, great and good.

Family
Stourport Manor Hotel might not have been specifically marketed as a family-friendly resort, but don't let that stop you from considering it as your next holiday destination! Guests who have stayed with their kids have reported having a family treat with large and comfortable rooms perfect for all sizes of families. The interconnecting rooms are especially fab, making it easy for parents to keep a watchful eye on their children while still having their own space. Although there was no mention of any specific activities or programs for kids, the hotel's nice pool was reportedly enjoyed by all. Breakfast is also perfect for all the family with a variety of options to choose from. However, there was one instance of a family having an issue with their room not being prepared properly due to the child's registration not being updated in the booking. Overall, Stourport Manor Hotel is a great option for families who want to bond over a relaxing holiday in a calm environment.

Accessible
If you're booking a stay at Stourport Manor Hotel and need accessible facilities, there are a few things to keep in mind. While some guests loved the spaciousness of the accessible rooms, others found issues with mobility scooters and shower seats. Additionally, if you're in a larger wheelchair, the lift entrance might be too narrow for you. It's also a good idea to ask upfront about keeping your payment method open to put food and drinks on your room number, as this wasn't always made clear. Unfortunately, there were some negative experiences with staff not being available to help with directions, accessible rooms being allocated incorrectly and unpleasant smells in the bathroom. Finally, it's worth noting that some of the rooms require navigating stairs, so if you have mobility issues, it's best to inquire about this before booking.
