Aside from the gorgeous view, the pools themselves were amazing and superbly maintained, although it can be quite crowded with lots of kids swimming. For adults looking for a more tranquil experience, there is also an adults' pool available. However, some guests were disappointed to find out that the pool bar was closed and the heated pool was only slightly heated. Additionally, some visitors noted that the pool area needed extra attention in terms of cleanliness and safety, as the toilets were dirty and the tiles around the indoor pool can be a slip hazard.
