Syvota Gardens is the perfect location for those who want a peaceful stay that is still close to town and beaches. It is just a 13-minute walk away from the harbor and although some guests found the walking distance to the center to be far, it didn't pose a problem as a car is needed anyway. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with easy parking and with just a 15-17 minute walk guests can reach the center of town. The location is highly praised by guests with many considering it to be a great spot that is very close to the city center, while still being in a peaceful place. Overall, it is a good location for anyone visiting the area.
Syvota Gardens Hotel offers comfortable, clean, modern and beautifully decorated rooms with cute furniture and great location. The rental rooms are cheap and partially renovated with TV and nice veranda. The hotel provides a pleasant environment with pentakathara (very clean) rooms and a beautiful design, but some rooms have low-quality materials and pillows that are like stones. The balcony doors are from the '80s and the glass is very thin, so there is no protection from insects. Some rooms have functional problems like poor soundproofing, no shutters in small windows, no TV and no good curtains. Despite some minor flaws, guests love the rooms and find the accommodation satisfactory.
