Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz is a stunning five star property located on a beautiful island. The hotel boasts a luxurious service, which is constantly being improved by the General Manager himself, who takes the time to meet his guests and get to know them. The common areas and gardens are particularly well maintained, making this hotel a classic amongst the truly great hotels of the world. Although the receptionist was embarrassed and the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment, guests still find the hotel exceptional and refer to it as a true paradise. That being said, some guests were disappointed with the level of service, the attitude of the staff and the fact that the hotel was overpriced for what was promised as a five star experience. Overall, Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz seems to be a great option for those who seek a luxurious and exotic getaway, but there seem to be some areas where it could improve its five star rating.
