Grand Mogador Sea View & Spa offers a blend of luxury and convenience, but the indoor pool is a point of contention among guests. While the establishment provides an impressive array of amenities, the indoor pool has often been unavailable due to renovations, leaving guests disappointed. Additionally, it is not complimentary, incurring an extra charge that has not been transparently communicated. Guests have experienced the indoor pool being cooler than expected, which might affect comfort during use. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel garners appreciation for the overall experience with its beautiful pools, both indoor and outdoor, contributing positively to many guest stays. However, more clarity and communication regarding the amenities could enhance guest satisfaction at this 5-star property.
