The spa is located in a separate building and there are separate facilities for men and women. The sauna works sporadically and there have been reports of black mold in the shower. The temperature of the jacuzzi pool is also reportedly cooler than expected. On the other hand, some guests describe the spa as amazing with a 25m pool and neighboring gym. However, there have been reports of non-functioning spa services which have left guests disappointed.
