Hotel Itapemar in Ilhabela emerges as a popular choice for visitors, largely due to its outstanding location and superb amenities. Nestled close to the historic center, the hotel provides easy access to the island's vibrant dining scene and attractions, offering a serene locale that complements its picturesque surroundings. Guests can enjoy the convenience and charm of being a short stroll or drive away from the heart of Ilhabela, though the beach directly adjacent may not cater ideally to swimming enthusiasts due to the presence of boats.
The hotel impresses with its breakfast selection, which is frequently described as divine. Guests revel in the variety and quality of offerings that include fruits, fresh eggs, homemade breads, and tapioca, all served with exceptional service that enhances the morning experience. Additionally, the rooms stand out for their spaciousness and impeccable cleanliness, offering comfortable beds and stunning sea views—a factor that contributes to the overall satisfaction of guests. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness receive high praise, emphasizing a service-oriented approach that ensures a welcoming environment.
Hotel Itapemar also provides an excellent pool experience with choices between heated and cold pools, catering to both families and leisure seekers. The pools, like the rest of the facilities, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and are complemented by recent renovations that add to their appeal. The pet-friendly nature of the hotel further enhances its reputation among animal-loving travelers looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay.
While the hotel excels in numerous areas, there are challenges that merit attention, such as the limited parking facilities and the inconsistent Wi-Fi service. Despite these minor issues, the overall impression is positive, with emphasis on the tranquil environment and high-quality service. With its location, amenities, and pet-friendly options, Hotel Itapemar stands out as a favored destination for those exploring the natural beauty of Ilhabela.
