Summarized by AI
Hotel Rural Casona Trabadelo provides a tranquil escape in the heart of nature, strategically located between Asturias and Galicia. The charmingly restored old building creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, surrounded by picturesque landscapes that offer peace and quiet. Guests have easy access to both coastal and mountainous attractions with highlights including Playa Catedrales, Taramundi and numerous hiking trails and beaches in western Asturias. Its proximity to Vegadeo's urban center combines accessibility with secluded charm, making it the perfect base for a peaceful getaway.
Breakfast at Casona Trabadelo impresses with its homemade quality and rich variety. Freshly made toast, homemade cakes, Greek yogurt with blueberries, cold cuts and natural orange juice are served in a glass-enclosed terrace with charming garden views. The warm, personalized service, particularly from staff members like Macarena, enhances the experience, though some guests suggest more variety for longer stays.
Dinner receives high praise for its delicious, lovingly prepared meals served in a charming garden setting. The generous portions and the personal touch from the owner—who prepares gin tonics and even birthday cakes—add to the delightful dining experience. Although not available every night, the breakfast arrangements serve as a satisfactory alternative.
The rooms combine rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring spacious, meticulously decorated interiors. The beautifully restored mansion's wooden ceilings and cozy living spaces add to the warm atmosphere. Guests commend the large, well-maintained rooms and suites like the Vazamar Suite for their comfort and lovely decor. The serene surroundings, lush gardens and attentive service ensure a relaxing retreat.

Lastly, the hotel is frequently praised for the comfort of its beds. Despite occasional mentions of beds being slightly uncomfortable or sinking in the middle, the general consensus is that they are conducive to a good night's sleep. The tastefully decorated rural style and serene surroundings further enhance the restful experience.
Overall, Hotel Rural Casona Trabadelo stands out as a well-maintained, comfortable and inviting retreat, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape in the natural beauty of the Asturias-Galicia border region.
