Although it is set in a residential neighborhood downtown, it's not near any good restaurants, but there is an option to borrow bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Furthermore, the hotel is set right in the saguaro desert, which adds to the charm of this quaint property. It's also centrally located and within walking distance to the university, making it a great spot for those looking for a quiet property away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to be able to explore it easily. Reviewers rave about this hotel with some even declaring it as their favorite place on their trip. All in all, the location is perfect and centralized to everything you would want to see in Tucson, except for the main building, which is a little far away. Regardless of this, it's still a good location and close to downtown and the University of Arizona.
