Guests had a once in a lifetime experience with amazing staff, always there to help. The hotel is paradise in Tulum with installations that are unique and blend the beach, sun, sand and jungle together. The place is incredible, dreamy, cool and absolutely beautiful with amazing food. The Papaya Playa Project, Tulum, a Member of Design Hotels is simply excellent, the best hotel in Tulum and highly recommended. However, some guests expected 5-star service and stay, but it was not provided and they believed that 4-star hotels were better. Nonetheless, the majority of guests had a memorable and magical night, in a perfect and exclusive place to disconnect from it all.
