If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the bustling town of Tulum, Hotel Bardo - Adults Only might be perfect for you. Situated in a quiet area away from the party zone, the location is relatively central and easy to access various areas in and around the town. You can explore downtown by bike during the day or take a short walk to exciting busy restaurants and beaches. While it's not ideal if you want to walk to places, always renting a scooter or car for your stay is recommended as it's cheaper and easier to discover Tulum. Although the location is a bit out of the way and too far from the beach, it's perfect to experience some more authentic Mexican cuisine and closer to the cenotes and the Mayan ruins. The hotel is an oasis of peace in a noisy and contrasting Tulum. While the area surrounding the property wasn't very walkable, the hotel here is so good that you don't need to get out.
