Kai Tulum is an ideal family-friendly hotel that accommodates children excellently. The staff are very accommodating, especially with kids. Many parents have had a great moment in family with their young ones. For instance, a couple with their 11-month-old baby felt very comfortable during their stay. Also, a guest made a special booking and payment for an 8-year-old child. The hotel could provide more offerings, for example, a child's car seat, as it is a family-oriented place. However, the hotel could improve its communication, as some guests were not notified of certain changes. For instance, a family had to change rooms urgently in the middle of the night with no forewarning. Additionally, a guest had to pay twice for a family room since the hotel charged the credit card twice. Overall, traveling with kids is made easy at Kai Tulum and it is definitely a child-friendly hotel.
