Very Good

Location

The Hilton Guam Resort & Spa is praised for its strategic location with major establishments and a great snorkeling area just a few minutes away. The hotel is also near YPAO beach, which provides a beautiful view. However, some guests mentioned that the location is far from restaurants and the main street of Tumon and may require a bit of walking. Although there were a few instances of miscommunication, the staff in general were polite, accommodating and had great customer service. From the hilarious driver, Don, who picked us up from the airport, to the lifeguards who were personable, to the restaurant staff who were particularly helpful, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The hotel's convenient location near the mall and the friendly security staff also add to the positive experience. Although some may find issues with language barriers, the staff's good attitudes and superior hospitality make for an enjoyable stay overall.

Pool

The Hilton Guam Resort & Spa offers an amazing pool experience for all its guests with fun water slides and relaxing jacuzzis. The pool area is also very sunny and surrounded by a beautiful and quiet beach. The exit from the building to the pool is very convenient and the resort offers a great breakfast buffet. There are activities for kids, such as a children's pool, while parents can enjoy snorkeling right out from the resort. The Tree Bar and pool area are especially lovely. Additionally, the infinity pool and outdoor pool provide stunning views, although some guests reported poor water quality.
