The hotel's staff is exceptional, providing super friendly and incredibly nice service with one staff member, named Yoga, being particularly outstanding. Although there may have been isolated incidents such as an unpleasant smell emanating from the toilet or a few outdated sanitary facilities, these issues were quickly addressed by the attentive and helpful staff. Overall, Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa - CHSE Certified is a clean and well-maintained hotel that provides excellent service.

Although a bit far from the center of Ubud, it provides great respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. With the distance being only 15 minutes by taxi, it is still an easily accessible location. The villas are surrounded by fields, adding to the natural beauty of the place. However, it is important to note that transportation costs may be higher due to the location of the resort.

The Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa - CHSE Certified boasts of breathtaking villas and stunning views that will leave you in awe. The accommodation is spacious, clean and so luxurious, making your stay relaxing and comfortable. The private infinity pool facing the jungle and the outside entertainment area is a perfect way to unwind. The only downside is that some guests found the villas dated and wish that they were insulated better to keep out bugs and mosquitoes.
