Hotel Novum has garnered mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. Guests appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained atmosphere, consistently describing it as meeting the standard of a mid-range four-star establishment. While some found the four-star expectations met and felt the rating was absolutely deserved, others were left wanting more in terms of service and amenities, comparing it unfavorably with other four-star hotels.
The breakfast offerings received varied opinions with some guests feeling it was okay for a four-star hotel but others expressing disappointment in both the quality of the food and the curt service. The breakfast buffet and service did not align with what some are accustomed to experiencing at similarly rated hotels.
Room conditions also elicited contrasting views. Some guests mentioned drafty and uncomfortable rooms, while others critiqued the lack of fresh wallpapering, suggesting a need for updates to meet the four-star standard.
Overall, while Hotel Novum fulfills the basic expectations of a four-star hotel, it appears there are areas, including breakfast service and room comfort, where improvements could enhance the guest experience.
