Guests appreciate the convenience of being close to ski lifts and mountain activities, with the spacious and comfortable apartments serving as a perfect retreat after a day on the snow. The hotel offers panoramic views, adding to the tranquil experience, and is conveniently close to local amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. Notably, the hotel's parking facilities provide added convenience and security with its underground setup, although the cost may be a consideration for some guests.
The aparthotel receives acclaim for its staff, noted for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist guests, contributing significantly to a welcoming atmosphere. Reception staff, including individuals like Anna, Alex, and Johanna, are frequently highlighted for their impeccable service. Guitart La Molina is also a pet-friendly establishment, allowing guests to bring their dogs, making it a stress-free experience for pet owners.
Although the location, staff, and overall setting receive positive feedback, certain aspects like dining and room amenities present some mixed reviews. The breakfast and dinner services have their highlights, particularly at the restaurant, though there is a consensus that improvements could enhance the overall dining experience. Room accommodations are spacious and well-suited for families or groups, but some guests mention the comfort of the beds and cleanliness could be improved, along with the Wi-Fi, which is limited to the reception area or available at an additional cost in rooms.
The spa and pool facilities present further room for improvement, with some guests finding them outdated and the costs for access surprisingly high. Enhanced maintenance and reduced pricing could elevate these amenities. The hotel's four-star rating is debated among guests, as some feel the services and facilities align more with a three-star experience due to the perceived gap between expectations and offerings.
Overall, Guitart La Molina Aparthotel & Spa stands out as a top choice for those seeking a comforting mountain retreat with friendly service and easy access to skiing, alongside positive amenity improvements ensuring an enriched guest experience.
