While Pousada Pico Da Vila does not offer breakfast, the well-equipped shared kitchen and its prime location surrounded by numerous breakfast spots help mitigate this drawback. Many guests appreciate the ability to prepare quick meals and the accessibility to local dining options ensures that the absence of an inn-provided breakfast is not a significant concern.

The warmth and attentiveness of the staff significantly enhance the guest experience. The staff's flexibility and effective communication further contribute to ensuring guests feel well cared for, despite the absence of a designated reception area.
In terms of comfort, the beds receive mixed reviews. Many guests find them comfortable and soft, contributing to a restful night's sleep, while others mention a preference for softer or larger beds. The addition of little curtains around the beds adds a cozy touch, enhancing the sleeping experience for many.
Overall, Pousada Pico Da Vila offers a well-rounded, centrally-located accommodation option in Vale do Capão, appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly staff and practical facilities, despite minor drawbacks.
