If you're looking forward to taking a dip during your stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham-Hoover-Galleria, you're in luck - the pool is great! Not only is it clean and well-stocked with towels, but there's also a jacuzzi to enjoy. Unfortunately, some guests have experienced issues such as the jacuzzi not working, the indoor pool not being heated and the pool area not functioning properly. There have also been some complaints about the supervision and upkeep of the pool with guests reporting chipped and cracked bottoms and even injuries. However, for the most part, guests seem to have had a positive experience with the pool and spa. Just watch out for any cheerleaders taking over and be aware that the chlorine can be a bit intense.
