The Ibis Alcala de Henares La Garena has garnered positive feedback for its accommodating policies toward pets, making it an ideal choice for travelers with furry friends. Guests appreciate the lack of a weight limit for pets, allowing them to bring dogs of any size. The hotel extends this hospitality by permitting pets throughout the entire property, providing flexibility and comfort for both pets and their owners.
A notable aspect of the hotel's service is the allowance for guests to have their breakfast and dinner inside the reception lobby if they have their pets with them. This thoughtful gesture is praised by visitors, who feel right at home dining alongside their pets. However, it's important to note that pets are not allowed in the bar or restaurant areas.
The kind and attentive staff further enhance the experience, ensuring guests and their pets feel welcome from arrival to departure. Although a small supplement fee is required for bringing pets, many travelers find it well worth it for the convenience and comfort offered.

Ibis Budget Madrid Alcalá de Henares La Dehesa receives high marks for its pet-friendly policies, making it a convenient option for travelers with pets. Guests appreciate that both small and large dogs are welcomed, although there is an additional fee of 10€ per pet. This hotel stands out for its flexibility, allowing pets to stay in the room with their owners and even sleep in their travel crates.
While there are no specific amenities for pets included in the fee, such as water bowls or beds, many guests still found the experience pleasant and stress-free. The lack of a designated play area or dog park was noted, but this did not overshadow the convenience of being able to travel with pets.
Some reviewers wished that the 10€ charge would include more amenities for pets, but overall, the hotel’s pet-friendly approach combined with free parking was seen as a beneficial combination. Due to the hotel's policy, guests traveling with pets, including cats, can expect a quiet and comfortable stay. Although dogs are not allowed in the dining room or restaurants, the positive aspects of bringing a pet to this hotel made it a favorable choice for many pet owners.
