Many guests appreciated the nice service and had a very good experience overall, highlighting the hotel's suitability for families and its original features. The view from the hotel is particularly praised and is said to make up for other shortcomings.
However, the hotel has faced some criticism, particularly concerning the lack of coffee facilities and limited poolside loungers, which some feel are not in line with the expectations for a hotel of this class and price range.
