Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The ibis Pune Hinjewadi - An Accor Brand, is favorably remarked upon for its strategic location, particularly beneficial for business travelers working in the IT hub of Hinjewadi. The proximity to major IT offices such as Wipro and Infosys, alongside the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, adds to the convenience. Guests also appreciate being near malls and various eateries, though it’s somewhat distant from Pune City, which may matter to leisure travelers.
Guests generally commend the breakfast for its taste, variety and extensive timings, although some suggest improvements in the dessert options and juice selection. The breakfast experience remains a pleasant highlight for many visitors. Dinner reviews are more mixed; while specific dishes like Dal Khichadi and Curd Rice receive acclaim, the buffet selection often faces criticism for its limited variety and high price. Some guests note the limited dining space and suggest exploring external dining options for better value and variety.
The rooms, praised for their cleanliness, maintenance and ambiance, provide a comfortable stay, albeit with a consistent note about their small size, which might be less suitable for families or larger groups. The impeccable cleanliness extends to the hotel’s overall facilities, making for a consistently pleasant environment.
Staff at the hotel generally receive positive notes for their helpfulness, politeness and courteous service, although occasional instances of subpar service and attitude at the reception have been reported. Nevertheless, the overall customer service experience is largely positive due to the welcoming nature of most staff members.
Parking facilities are adequate with ample, secure space, if occasionally marred by slushy conditions. Feedback about the beds is mixed; some guests find them cozy, while others suggest an upgrade to improve comfort and cleanliness.
In essence, ibis Pune Hinjewadi - An Accor Brand offers a convenient, clean and welcoming stay for business travelers with room for improvements in dining variety, room size and bed quality.
