Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The North Lakes Hotel and Spa boasts a lovely pool area, but some guests had mixed experiences. While some found the pool to be cosy and the perfect temperature, others were disappointed by the small size and crowds. Families with children were divided on the pool, as some loved the access to swimming lessons while others felt there were too many kids for a true spa experience. One common complaint was the additional charge for pool usage with many guests feeling that this amenity should be included in the room price. Despite these issues, the pool staff were praised for keeping the area clean and enjoyable and many guests felt that overall, the pool and spa facilities were top-notch.
