Rooms are celebrated for their practical amenities and elegant design with lovely views and modern aesthetics adding to the appeal. Cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a remarkable feature, enhancing the overall sense of comfort and relaxation.
The breakfast at The Botanica Sanctuary is often lauded for its extensive and diverse buffet, catering to various tastes and nationalities, although there is room for improvement in catering to Arab guests and addressing occasional quality and service issues. Dinner experiences receive mixed reviews; while many food items are praised for their excellent taste, the menu might not cater well to all international palate preferences and service speed could be improved.
The staff show a range of service quality with many guests noting their friendliness and attentiveness. Specific individuals have been highlighted for their exceptional service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some reception staff have faced criticism regarding cooperation and efficiency, indicating a need for consistent customer service training.
