Aux Tanneries de Wiltz offers a stay that aligns well with the expectations of a typical three-star hotel. The hotel boasts all the facilities and services one would anticipate for this category and many guests praise the good price/performance ratio, noting that it presents reasonable value for money. The setting is particularly appreciated with its memorable location and opportunities for hikes, making it an excellent choice for a few nights stay.
However, opinions on the hotel's quality and rating are mixed. While some guests find the hotel very good for its three-star status, others feel that it is a bit outdated and plain, possibly not meeting the full expectations of modern business travelers due to inadequate WiFi. Some reviews also suggest that the price-quality ratio needs a review and a few guests express that it might not fully deserve its three-star rating.
In terms of ambiance, the hotel maintains a classic, longstanding establishment feel, which can be charming for some but too old-fashioned for others. Ultimately, the consensus is that Aux Tanneries de Wiltz fits neatly within the three-star category, offering a satisfactory experience for leisure stays, particularly given its reasonable pricing and appealing surroundings.
