Many visitors commend the spa for its delightful atmosphere, highlighting excellent services such as hammam, sauna and massages. It's often described as a wonderful and perfect retreat with professional masseuses offering fantastic and affordable treatments.
Despite these positive aspects, several guests report dissatisfaction, particularly regarding additional charges for services that some thought were included in the room price. The hammam and other facilities often come at an extra cost and this wasn't always clearly communicated beforehand. Moreover, a few reviews mention issues like non-functional facilities, unclean areas and rude staff, which detracted from the experience.

Free access to the sauna and Turkish bath is appreciated, though there have been complaints about the availability and condition of these amenities. Overall, while the spa offers a relaxing and pleasant experience for many, guests should be prepared for potential additional fees and occasional service interruptions.

Its proximity to major highways provides easy navigation for travelers, especially those on business or with layovers, although public transportation is less accessible.
The staff at Expo Park Hotel are frequently praised for their friendliness and helpful nature. Guests appreciate the professional service and the team's efforts to attend to practical needs, such as arranging transportation. Notably, some staff members like Ibrahim receive commendations for exceptional service. Despite some occasional language barriers and isolated service inconsistencies, the overall impression of the staff is positive and welcoming.
Nevertheless, there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The breakfast experience is inconsistent, with some guests enjoying the meals while others cite a lack of variety and issues with quality and service. The rooms present challenges, as many require repairs and more attention to cleanliness. Issues such as broken fixtures, unpleasant odors, and discrepancies with advertised images are frequently mentioned. For those who value a quiet stay, noise from hotel events and highway traffic can be intrusive.

The bed quality also varies, with some guests finding them comfortable, but many mention issues with comfort and cleanliness.
In summary, while Expo Park Hotel offers some positive attributes, particularly in terms of location and staff service, enhancements in cleanliness, maintenance, and room amenities would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
