The historical building has been tastefully transformed into a hotel exuding luxury, complemented by great staff. The prime location in the heart of the old city adds to its appeal. However, some guests expected complimentary water, a typical feature in hotels of this caliber and noted inconsistencies with maid service. The small and crowded entrance area also fell short of the expectations for a four-star hotel.
