Nestled in the vibrant area of Puebla Angelopolis, the Hilton Garden Inn stands out for its overall pleasant stay with a particular highlight being its pool. The pool, found outdoors, is often praised for its warm water which many guests find to be a delightful feature. Cleanliness of the pool is generally commendable, although there are occasional lapses noted by guests. However, the staff's service is usually well-regarded, contributing to a positive experience.
There are some practical aspects to consider. Access to the pool follows a schedule and it sometimes becomes unavailable during high occupancy weekends due to maintenance. Unfortunately, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has also affected its availability at times. The pool's physical condition and environment occasionally draw critiques, such as being small, windy or needing more warmth in the water. An additional drawback noted by some guests includes a lack of attention in providing amenities like towels in the pool area.
Despite a few setbacks, the heated water feature and attentive service add a comforting touch to the hotel’s pool, making it a favored spot for relaxation among guests.

The pool at Courtyard by Marriott Puebla Las Animas receives mixed reviews from guests. While the facility is described as having a nice and peaceful pool area with some guests appreciating the large outdoor space and peaceful ambiance, there are consistent remarks regarding cleanliness and maintenance issues. Several guests noted that the pool was often dirty with cloudy water and a noticeable chlorine smell, which deterred some visitors from using it. Moreover, the lack of heating means the pool water is frequently cold, adding to its unappealing state for many.
The pool area sometimes appears neglected with reports of rough flooring and an odd green color in the water. Some guests have also mentioned that the pool can get crowded or lacked adequate services, affecting the overall experience. However, when well-maintained, the pool water is praised for being clean and the area offers a tranquil environment for relaxation. Despite these positive comments, the general feedback suggests that the pool's maintenance and temperature control need significant improvement to meet guest expectations consistently.
