Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Presken Hotel Alade, Ikeja has garnered mixed reviews across various categories but shines in several key aspects. Many guests appreciated the breakfast offerings, often describing them as nice, good and served promptly. The timely service has been highlighted as a distinct positive factor. However, some guests expressed desires for more variety in the breakfast options and even noted occasional absence of breakfast during their stay.
Regarding the rooms, guests generally found them spacious and comfortable. Positive comments emphasize the adequate space provided for a pleasant stay. However, there have been frequent reports of maintenance issues, such as non-functional intercoms, broken doors and problematic air conditioning units. Additionally, the bathrooms seemed to be a recurring point of dissatisfaction due to poor drainage, leaking toilets and general uncleanliness. Despite these issues, the interactions with the staff were frequently described positively, contributing amicably to the overall experience.
In summary, Presken Hotel Alade, Ikeja benefits from good room space and prompt breakfast service, but needs significant improvements in room and bathroom maintenance to boost guest satisfaction.
