The staff at Michell Hotel & Spa have been praised by guests as one of the nicest and accommodating teams they've ever met on holiday. From the kind and helpful reception staff who assisted with WiFi issues and transport, to the friendly hospitality and facilities team, including Mehmet Kilic, Ibrahim, Ismail, Soner and Gökhan ölürdönmez (also known as the Turkish Ronaldo), guests have commended the impeccable service they received throughout their stay. The restaurant staff, such as Ismail and Mustafa, have also been applauded for their excellent service and delicious food. The spa personnel have been positively reviewed and the beach staff, including the minibus driver and Junuz, have also received praise. While there have been some negative mentions of staff who were seen as unfriendly or arrogant, the majority of guests have had a fantastic experience with the hotel's personnel.
