Hotel Alvorada, a three-star establishment, has garnered praise for its impressive offerings that often exceed typical expectations for its rating. Guests have expressed pleasant surprises with the hotel's overall quality, likening it to that of a four-star facility. Renovations have enhanced the comfort of the rooms, complemented by a good breakfast that stands out amongst similar-rated hotels. The beds receive commendations for comfort, contributing to the overall value of the stay. However, some reviews note that the private parking could be improved, suggesting it does not match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Cascais City & Beach Hotel has garnered considerable praise for its exceptional value and service as a three-star establishment. Many guests highlighted its modern design and cleanliness, emphasizing the friendly, family-oriented staff that enhances the overall experience. While some reviews mentioned small rooms and a need for fresh paint, these factors did not overshadow the predominantly positive feedback.
The hotel's convenient location and reasonable pricing make it particularly appealing to travelers. Guests have often commented on its spacious rooms and modern amenities, suggesting that, despite being categorized as a three-star hotel, it often feels like a four-star experience. The breakfast offerings, though varied and equipped with a coffee machine, received mixed reviews with some suggesting more fresh options could improve it further.
While the building is new and well-maintained, the absence of room service and a pool were noted as limitations. Nonetheless, the hotel stands out for meeting and sometimes surpassing three-star standards, delivering what some described as five-star service at a three-star price. Overall, the hotel is lauded for its great value, perfect location and high level of cleanliness, making it one of the best three-star options in Cascais.

Kavia Hotel do Largo, a modern and clean three-star hotel, offers comfortable rooms and stylish, albeit basic, facilities. The friendly and professional staff are a highlight, always accommodating guests' needs. Strategic for short stays to explore Lisbon's city center, the hotel's value for money is considered excellent.
However, its central location comes with drawbacks, as street noise from nearby bars and restaurants can disturb light sleepers, even with the provided earplugs. The included breakfast is good but somewhat basic and might not satisfy everyone.
While some guests find it a bit expensive for a three-star establishment, the cleanliness and modern amenities make it a worthy choice for those looking for a convenient and pleasant city stay.
