The Sandman Hotel Hamilton offers a pool experience that has garnered mixed feedback from guests. The pool and hot tub are lauded for their warmth, providing a nice, relaxing environment when open. However, the pool's small size appears to be a recurring issue for many visitors with several noting it as a drawback. There also seems to be a frequent unavailability issue, as reviews mention instances of the pool being out of service or closed. Cleanliness has been a point of concern for some with remarks about the need for better maintenance and occasional overuse of chlorine. Additionally, there have been mentions of a shortage of towels at the pool. Overall, while there are positive aspects to the pool when it’s functional and clean, its limited size and occasional service issues could impact the overall guest experience.
