Jo An Palace is a beautiful renovated hotel on the edge of Old Town. Guests appreciate the hotel's modern design and they find the rooms exceptionally comfortable. The location is optimal for exploring the city and the breakfast is varied and of good quality. However, some guests mention that the housekeeping service could be improved and one guest warns against choosing the half-board option as it is better to dine out in taverns. While the hotel may not live up to its "Palace" name, guests generally find it to be a fine choice as a base for their travels, even if it might not always meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.
