Hotel Camino Real seems to spark a mix of opinions among its guests. Many appreciate the excellent quality-price ratio, noting that the hotel offers good value for money with a reasonable price for a stay. The rooms are reported to be spacious, clean and bright, which contributes to an overall positive experience, particularly for those traveling on business.
On the downside, there are several areas where the hotel falls short. Guests mention that the reception staff could be friendlier and there's a charge for pets. Some found the location uninspiring with the hotel situated by the roadside, leading to some noise from passing cars. The facilities also have room for improvement, such as the low water pressure, small TV and insufficient air conditioning. The absence of a restaurant and the cafeteria's kitchen schedule left some wanting more dining options.
Despite these drawbacks, many still find the hotel satisfactory for a budget stay, especially considering the generally spotless and quiet environment. However, some guests feel that the service and certain amenities do not meet the expectations of a three-star hotel.
