Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Ilha Costeira presents a mixed experience when it comes to its swimming pool. Positioned on the rooftop, it offers a panoramic view of the city, creating an appealing setting for guests who enjoy a scenic backdrop while swimming. The pool area itself is praised for being clean and nice, although some reviewers noted that it lacks additional amenities like tables, chairs and service for drinks and food, which could enhance the relaxation experience.
Despite its positive aspects, there are several points of criticism. The pool is notably small for a hotel with 70 apartments and can become overcrowded, leaving many guests wishing for more space. Additionally, maintenance issues have been a recurring theme; guests have mentioned encountering dirty water and even sludge and some faced the inconvenience of the pool being closed for maintenance entirely. The rooftop area, though offering beautiful views, sometimes appears neglected.
Overall, while the pool at Hotel Ilha Costeira meets basic expectations and offers a pleasant visual appeal, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and amenities to ensure a consistently enjoyable experience for all visitors.
